Baked Asparagus


1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

  • Trim Asparagus
  • Preheat oven 450 degrees
  • Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes

Tip: Once out of oven, add either a squeeze of lemon juice or some grated parmesan cheese
